R.A.E. Services Inc. has served the industry with calibration, repair and certification traceable N.I.S.T. of electronic, medical, test instrumentation for many years; catering for most specialized parameters such as porosity, pH, ultrasound, ultraviolet, fiber optics, microwave as well as the standard parameters such as temperature, pressure, voltage, current, resistance and frequency. We have now equipment in place for optical calibration too.

We are continuously adding standards that facilitate our commitment to maintain a state-of-the-art environment. We are dedicated to providing our clients the best service possible.

We provide data (long form certification) with all our calibrations. Our normal turn-around is five (5) to seven (7) business days. We also provide an expedite service for those occasions where you need a quicker turn-around.

RECALL SERVICES FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
You can rely on R.A.E. Services Inc. laboratory to keep accurate records of all services rendered.  Our computerized certification system has solved this tracking problem by electronically recording all calibration certificates. Through this system, customers are promptly notified well in advance when instruments are due for calibration. 

REPAIR SERVICES
We also undertake initial repair investigation of instruments. Obviously we specialize more at the high end of the instrumentation market, as small handheld instruments very often than not are Beyond Economical Repair. Our engineers combined experience spans over 50 years with brands such as Tektronix and Hewlett Packard. All repairs are carried out by first submitting an engineers report to the causes of malfunction. This process may take a week. This is followed by an exact evaluation of the cost of repairs. If the quote is acceptable we then proceed with repairs and complete the work in a timely manner as specified in the quote. This is an added value service which makes our company a head and shoulders above the rest. Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Synthesized Signal Sweepers, Transmission Amplifiers, Portable High Voltage Instruments, are examples of repair work carried out by our Company.
